Job Description
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure all activities are processed and settled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and due diligence checks on new / existing accounts, ensuring compliance of regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Formulate and review operation policies and procedures
  • Monitor all transactions to comply with AML and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in operation related project and system development
  • Degree holder in business administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in remittance and payment operations in banking environment.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
