Product Manager, Transaction Banking & e-Channel Development

Our client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is looking for high caliber professionals to fill the above position:

 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in formulating strategies and development plans on e-Channels platform for transaction banking to serve the Bank's Commercial Banking customers and to increase the penetration rate
  • To enhance the Transaction Banking business by incorporating and integrating different product features into e-Channels, such as cash management services, trade services, cross sell promotion, and to coordinate with other internal parties to ensure the best possible product offering and delivery
  • To participate in various marketing and sales campaigns to optimize customers’ usage in e-Channels services
  • To work on documentation and procedures development including soliciting management approvals
  • To support the development, installation & implementation of the e-Channels system and to formulate customer security policies and other risk management controls

 

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in e-Channels / Transaction Banking development
  • Strong marketing sense and in-depth knowledge of the practices and control on the commercial banking products
  • Self motivated with good analytical and communications skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
