AVP, Team Head, Business Account
- Develop effective business strategies to pave the way for business growth and talent development.
- Achieve sales and business targets and design strategies for a diverse product suite including investment loan, deposit, credit card, personal Loan etc.
- Explore and identify new products and business opportunities to enhance personal and commercial business services and to expand market share
- Build, maintain and direct a high quality team with synergy and motivate staff towards exceeding individual as well as team common goals and objectives
- Provide management oversight and maintain a strong compliance culture regarding regulatory and compliance matters
- Degree or above in business administration, banking, finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years sales and service experience in banking or financial institutes and minimum 2 years' experience at supervisory level in both retail banking and commercial banking is preferable
- Professional knowledge in retail banking business and lending products
- Strong communication skills, market awareness and result-oriented
- Preferably possess qualifications for relevant insurance / investment licenses registration
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
