Head of Operations Support

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting Division Head to monitor and manage activities of the overall Operations functions including account opening, cheque clearing and payment services
  • Leading the drive for innovation and improvement in transactions and whole operation processes
  • Driving strategic projects in optimizing services to customers, continuous quality improvement, service excellence and business partnership across all Operations Departments
  • Implementing all controls and tasks under the operational risk control framework, owning the related process control risks and complying with the regulatory on operation requirements


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business administration, banking, finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years solid experience in banking operations, of which 4 years at managerial level
  • Strong knowledge and experience in banking operations, Change Management and customer services metrics
  • Strong leadership, communication skills and capability to lead, motivate and develop individuals within a large team
  • Experience in managing and mitigating operational risk effectively with good influencing skills in working with other departments
  • Able to drive, motivate with embracing change manner
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
