Senior Manager / Manager, Human Resources (Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, rewards and performance management, staff cost budgeting, staff development and retention, etc. 
  • Participate in annual performance appraisal, salary review, manpower planning and staff budgeting exercises
  • Conduct salary survey, benchmarking and provide recommendation to management
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with employment ordinances
  • Handle staff relation issues
  • Liaise with headquarters and prepare necessary MIS reporting

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience gained from banking and financial services industry
  • Familiar with Labour Ordinance in Hong Kong
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
