Senior Manager / Manager, Human Resources (Banking)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, rewards and performance management, staff cost budgeting, staff development and retention, etc.
- Participate in annual performance appraisal, salary review, manpower planning and staff budgeting exercises
- Conduct salary survey, benchmarking and provide recommendation to management
- Formulate and implement HR policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with employment ordinances
- Handle staff relation issues
- Liaise with headquarters and prepare necessary MIS reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience gained from banking and financial services industry
- Familiar with Labour Ordinance in Hong Kong
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
